Is this George W. Bush Dressed Up As Santa at a Children’s Hospital? Is that Elf a Secret Service Agent?

National Review’s Jim Geraghty is reporting that President George W. Bush was handing out presents to children at a kid’s hospital this week, along with a Secret Service Agent dressed as an elf!  (Check out the gentleman in the hall.)

The mom who originally posted the photo on Twitter said the hospital staff told her about the former President’s secret deed.

However, the hospital officially says they don’t know who the big fat man in the red suit was.

Hum…

The fact that there’s mystery about his identity makes the story even better.  It’s  just like the real Santa!
