Here is a link I just saw from the Dallas Voice (“The Premier Media Source for LGBT Texas” ), who printed a review of my book back in August.
I was very humbled by the author, a gay Jewish man, honest assessment of where he thought I was coming from. I know he doesn’t agree with some of what I said, but he saw my heart. I appreciate his words greatly because everyday I try as hard as I can to give as much dignity as possible to the gay community, to The Marin Foundation’s work, to this journey and especially to God. There is no bigger compliment I can receive from gays and lesbians.
At the end of the day I am still convinced that pure and peaceful intentions always shine through when lived out in real time – even through some of the unintended mistakes.
Much love.
