In the last day we’ve seen fear mongering posts on how you have to stay on top of your children every moment of every day to make them obedient, physically discipline them in a harsh way to insure compliance. This also relates back to our first NLQ Question of the Week – Are Patriarchal Moms Actually Helicopter Parents?

Is all this control really about keeping a child from sinning, or is it to make the parent feel better?
