Separate Lives For Years – Ken and Lori Alexander

Separate Lives For Years – Ken and Lori Alexander

With all of our discussions on Lori Alexander’s ideas in her book β€˜The Power of the Transformed Wife’ there are none sadder than those descriptions of the first 20 plus years of her marriage. Lori and Ken’s descriptions sound miserable. Looks like they lead separate lives for years. That is so sad for both of them.

From Lori’s old blog Always Learning this is what Ken had to say:

If your marriage is like what Ken is describing here know you don’t have to live your life like this. There’s hope. This is the point where marriage counseling can work wonders. It’s not a sin to get counseling, it’s does not mean you’re a failure. Admitting you need help takes courage.Β  Please don’t live in misery for twenty years because of some notion you’ve cherry-picked out of the Bible.
