Unattractive Women Become Politicians?

Unattractive Women Become Politicians? 2022-03-01T17:14:28-04:00

ICE just restored my internet and cable. I am sad to announce I missed the vice presidential debate last night, and have only been online long enough to view the debacle about the fly on Vice President Pence’s head. You know what they say about what flies are attracted to?

I am preparing to watch, but before I got the chance someone sent me this one posted today by Lori Alexander of The Transformed Wife. I was taken aback, as she’s trying to shame women for their appearance again. Glass houses baby?

Hmm, everyone? Queen Elizabeth? Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher? What about Phyllis Schlafly? I’ve seen photos of her in a bikini, no one would have ever mistaken her for a guy. Sarah Palin isn’t guy like, is she? What about Alexandria Ocacio-Cortez? That Trump press lady that just came down with Covid Kayleigh McEnany?

You know what they say about people who stoop to criticize appearance over substance? They have no argument, or real evidence, so they must reach for low hanging cheap fruit. Petty and childish.

Let’s not do that. Let’s judge others on the content of their character instead of the meat suit they are riding around in.
