Oklahoma and Utah are the latest states to find themselves in the bull’s eye of court action concerning gay marriage. Federal court justices have overturned laws, which were passed by the voters, in both states that defined marriage as between one man and one woman. Seattle Children’s Hospital has filed suit against the government over the failure of Obamacare to provide essential coverage to children. Specifically, the insurers in Washington state’s Insurance Network are excluding major hospitals from their networks.
