The Winter Wellness Sigil

The Winter Wellness Sigil December 10, 2024

As we move indoors for the winter here in the Northern Hemisphere and enter the season of holiday gatherings, it is wise to be extra mindful of our health – both physical and emotional. Besides masking up, practicing good hygiene, and setting boundaries when needed – it doesn’t hurt to add a little magic to the mix to keep you healthy!

The Winter Wellness Sigil (or the Wellness Into Winter Sigil as we first deemed it at the workshop) was created on September 27th at my workshop that took place at Find Your Harmony in Newark, DE.

Built Into This Sigil

Workshop whiteboard for the Wellness Into Winter Sigil
  • staying healthy and keeping safe
  • protection
  • eat and sleep well, good habits that maintain health
  • making time for self-care
  • healing and recovery
  • allowing time for spiritual endeavors to help bolster us from the inside-out

The Sigil

I’ve presented it here as the inverse as I like the white lines against the darkness to symbolize light in winter. But you can draw it in any color you choose.

How To Use This Sigil

This is a shared magic sigil. You are welcome to use this sigil however you see fit that is in alignment with the intent of the sigil.  You can use it in addition to the earlier sigil, in combination, or on its own.

Here are some ideas for use:
– post in public places where transmission of contagious diseases can increase – meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens – and places where promoting excellent sanitary habits benefits everyone
– washing the body (carve on soap or apply to soap dispensers)
– anointing the body (in combination with oils that promote awareness and good health)
– applying to health-boosting tincture containers, water bottles, and other personal cups
– place on candles to help focus energy on those who especially need additional protection, create a central place for the sigil on your altar
