Sept 18: My One Sentence Bible

What is My One Sentence Bible?

9-18-09:  “Yes, and from ancient days I am he. No one can deliver out of my hand. When I act, who can reverse it?” Isaiah 43:13

In a Clint Eastwood voice: “You feeling lucky?!” Nothing can override what the Lord has set forth. Isaiah 43:13

Things that are treasured apart from God are worthless and can be torn apart as quickly as they were put together. Isaiah 44:9-11

I love it when God calls out enemies who think they’ll actually win: “Keep on then with your magic spells since childhood. Perhaps you’ll succeed, perhaps not” (Isaiah 47:12-15). I think we all know the answer to that.

Much love.
