Adam Levine Mutters “I Hate This Country” on ‘The Voice’

Does Adam Levine hate America?

Did you guys watch The Voice last night?

During a tense elimination moment in which America voted for what singers to keep, the music star and judge apparently didn’t approve of America’s choices:

Levine had three singers from his team in competition up against Blake Shelton’s country darling Holly Tucker (who sang the hymn How Great Thou Art last week…watch here). Sarah Simmons and Judith Hill were eliminated while Tucker and Amber Carrington moved on to the final round.

Levine defended himself by tweeting the definition of “joke” to Twitter:
