Quoting Quiverfull: All Hail the Womb? December 26, 2016

quotingquiverfullby Nancy Campbell from Above Rubies – God Chose a Womb

Editor’s note: No womb at the inn? A womb with a view? Nancy has uteri on the brain and is still imbuing them with magical powers.

Oh, come and see what God has done! How did He come? How did God choose to send His Son? We immediately think of how He came as a little helpless baby. But first He came into the womb of a young virgin.

Because God put such favor and importance on the womb to bring forth His Beloved Son, Satan hates the womb (Genesis 3:15). There is still war against the womb today. Satan seeks to delude and deceive women about the power of their womb. The Son of God came through a womb to deal a death blow to the enemy and bring salvation to the world. But God still wants children to come forth from the womb to bear His image and to bring salvation to many.

The womb is God’s blessing to us. It is His blessing to the world. Nothing in this world can happen except through the womb. All the mighty works God wants accomplished can only happen through His servants and they must come into the world through the womb. All the great feats and accomplishments of this world only happen through someone who was conceived and birthed from the womb.

I would suggest if she likes uteri so much, she should be an OBGYN. Then I realize I don’t want her near anyone else’s reproductive parts.

Take a shot for every time Nancy writes/talks about us as if we’re just walking womb containers!

  • Aloha

And Nancy can take a shot every time we say the word “uterus.” I’ve heard she hates it because it’s too medical and scientific, not unlike “fetus.”

  • Saraquill

    Ow, my liver…

  • Allison the Great

I’ve come to hate that word because of this woman. That word was already creepy to begin with now she only makes it worse.

  • pagankitty

Is she enamored with all uteri or just human ones?

  • persephone

I guess if your belief system says your own worth is in childbearing, then you gotta talk up that magical organ every chance you get.

  • A. Noyd

The womb is God’s blessing to us.

You’d think if that was the case, god could have made it work a whole lot more sensibly and reliably. But like so many of god’s “blessings,” it’s an incompetently designed mess.

I hope it isn’t too crude to point this out but “He came into the womb of a young virgin” sounds downright pornographic!

So much for an immaculate conception!
