No Longer Quivering
So now I understand all too well why Doug Wilson of Blog and Mablog was whining that everyone, their cousin and auntie have been attacking him. Apparently he has made a large number of posts about the Revoice conference, and sputtered out some old-fashioned homophobia.
Like this silly nugget from a post labeled ‘Hey, Fancy Boy’. The graphic he used to illustrate what he considers a ‘fancy boy’ is pretty disgusting. Doug is exhibiting his hateful hyper masculinity like he’s afraid he’s about to be found in the closet doing something he should not.
Just like a pile of other male cultural enforcers such as Tim Bayly and Larry Solomon Doug is so frightened of homosexuals and uncertain about his own masculinity that he must denegrate everyone else who does not come across as a he-man retrosexual.
He does not grasp that the sexuality of others has nothing to do with him. That he needs to simply mind his own business
Doug, Doug, Doug, there is no one right way to be a man!
