Child molester and Christian extremist Josh Duggar says he is the victim, and is suing the parties responsible for releasing information about his child molestation case.

TMZ reports:

Duggar filed documents to join the lawsuit Jill, Jessa, Jinger and Joy filed last month. In his docs, Josh says cops assured him his 2006 interview discussing the molestation of his sisters would remain private. He says since he wasn’t charged, the information wouldn’t have gone public … if the reports weren’t released to In Touch magazine.

Duggar says once the story came out, it caused him mental anguish and humiliation. He played up the sympathy card in the docs, saying he was “victimized and forced to relieve the painful and difficult circumstances of a traumatic experience as a juvenile.”

TMZ continues:

Josh wants damages from Springdale, Arkansas police, city and county prosecutors and the In Touch publishers.

TLC cancelled the popular Duggar show “19 Kids and Counting,” after it was revealed that Josh Duggar sexually assaulted four of his underage sisters plus an additional underage female victim.

Compounding and contributing to the crime, a “conspiracy to “forgive and forget” forged by the Duggar parents and church leaders allowed Josh Duggar to escape criminal prosecution for sexually assaulting his underage victims.

Previously, while speaking with Megyn Kelly on Fox News, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar denied their son Josh was a pedophile and blamed the media for targeting the family in an anti-Christian conspiracy.

Last year Duggar spent several months at Reformers Unanimous located in Illinois, “a Christian rehabilitation center.” The facility is not a medical institution, and it is instead a faith-based scam that preys on gullible conservative Christians like the Duggars. It is doubtful that Josh received any meaningful treatment there.

However, before entering the faux rehab Duggar admitted to living a “double life” in a statement confirming his involvement with Ashley Madison, the infamous website for individuals interested in arranging extramarital affairs.

In that statement Duggar confessed to his hypocrisy and his betrayal:

I have been the biggest hypocrite ever. While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife.

After Josh exited the Christian rehab, reports surfaced that Duggar would not apologize to his sisters for sexually abusing them, because the Devil made him do it:

… one thing you probably won’t hear is that he’s actually sorry, as he believes that external forces were to blame for his behavior.

Previously Duggar confessed to police that he “forcibly fondled and sexually assaulted at least five underage girls, including four of his sisters, on multiple occasions, over the span of several years, while he was a teenager.”

However, despite his heinous crime, and his confession, Duggar was never prosecuted, and was instead “disciplined” by church authorities, including his father.

Bottom line: Child molester and Christian extremist Josh Duggar sexually molested his underage sisters, cheated on his wife, and traumatized a porn star he paid for sex, yet he is the victim, because Jesus.

Josh Duggar will not apologize for sexually abusing his underage sisters.

According to new reports Duggar will be returning to reality TV after completing a Christian “faith-based” rehabilitation program for sexual addiction earlier this year. Duggar entered the program after publicly admitting to molesting underage girls, including four of his sisters, as well as adultery and a pornography addiction.

Duggar checked out of the Christian “faith-based” rehabilitation center last March after spending six months at Reformers Unanimous located in Illinois. However, the facility is not a medical institution, it is instead a faith-based scam that preys on gullible conservative Christians like the Duggars, and it is doubtful that Josh received any meaningful treatment there.

A source told InTouch that Josh will be returning to reality TV for the second season of his sisters’ new series “Jill and Jessa Counting On,” and TLC expects his appearance to be “ratings gold”:

Josh will appear on the next season of his sisters’ series. The plan is for him to address everything he’s done. What he has to say will be ratings gold, and TLC — and the Duggars — know it.

The source goes on to explain that while Duggar will discuss sexually abusing his underage sisters as well as his marital infidelities and pornography addiction, he will not apologize for his actions, because the devil made him do it:

Josh will cover everything and he will maintain the family line that god has saved his soul and guided him back to the right path. But one thing you probably won’t hear is that he’s actually sorry, as he believes that external forces were to blame for his behavior.

Bottom line: When Josh blames “external forces” for his crimes, that’s code for “the devil made him do it.”

Hide your kids: Nervous parents remove their children after Josh Duggar makes an appearance at a mini-golf course.

Disgraced reality star Josh Duggar made parents angry and nervous last week at Old MacDonald’s Farm mini-golf course in Sevierville, Tenn. According to an exclusive report filed by In Touch Weekly, things turned awkward and uncomfortable after people recognized the sexual predator and his father, Jim Bob, at the mini-golf course.

An eyewitness reports:

Three families with young girls were unhappy Josh was so close to them and left the golf course when they saw him and Jim Bob. The parents were not comfortable. The staff tried to be as polite as possible to the angry parents, but it seemed there was little they could do to stop Josh from being a customer.

The eyewitness added:

I don’t know if Josh and Jim Bob were aware of the problems their presence was causing at the mini-golf course.

It is not surprising that parents would be nervous about having their children close to Duggar. The disgraced family values advocate and former reality star has confessed to molesting his younger sisters and cheating on his wife Anna Duggar by paying for rough sex with a former porn star.

Last March Duggar checked out of a Christian “faith-based” rehabilitation center for “porn addiction.” However, the so-called rehabilitation center is not a medical institution, it is instead a faith-based scam that preys on gullible conservative Christians like the Duggars. Thus, it is doubtful Duggar has changed or even come to terms with his abusive past.

Bottom line: Josh Duggar is a predator, and parents should be nervous when he is around.

Disgraced family values advocate Josh Duggar has checked out of a Christian “faith-based” rehabilitation center.

The eldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar and star of TLC’s 19 Kids and Counting had been undergoing treatment for what he describes as an addiction to Internet pornography.

The 28-year-old former reality TV star and anti-LGBT activist spent six months at a facility in Illinois after admitting to multiple infidelities. However, the facility, Reformers Unanimous, is not a medical institution, but a faith-based scam that preys on gullible conservative Christians like the Duggars.

Thus Duggar received no legitimate counseling, only religious propaganda that conforms to his family’s conservative Christian extremism.

Duggar entered the long-term, “faith-based treatment center” in August 2015, just after confessing to cheating on his wife Anna, using the website Ashley Madison, and being addicted to porn.

Concerning Duggar’s departure from rehab, the Duggar family website issued the following statement:

Josh has completed his residential rehabilitation program. We are so thankful for everyone who worked with Josh in this program. It was a crucial first step in recovery and healing for Josh. Josh has now returned to Arkansas, where he will continue professional counseling and focus on rebuilding relationships with his family. We look to God for help and guidance and place all of our trust in Him. We are forever grateful for the love and prayers offered by so many and hope you will continue to pray in the days ahead.

TLC cancelled “19 Kids and Counting,” after it was revealed that Josh Duggar sexually assaulted four of his underage sisters plus an additional underage female victim.

Compounding and contributing to the crime, a “conspiracy to “forgive and forget” forged by the Duggar parents and church leaders allowed Josh Duggar to escape criminal prosecution for sexually assaulting his underage victims.

Last year, while speaking with Megyn Kelly on Fox News, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar denied their son Josh was a pedophile and blamed the media for targeting the family in an anti-Christian conspiracy.

Last month porn actress Danica Dillon quietly dropped a lawsuit against Josh Duggar. In that lawsuit Dillon alleged that Duggar “assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries” while they were having consensual sex after he propositioned her in a Philadelphia strip club last year.

Yet despite the scandal, the hypocrisy, and the odious reality of the Duggar family. the prodigious evangelical Christian family will return March 15 to TLC with the first full season of “Jill and Jessa: Counting On,” a new reality show focusing on the two eldest married daughters — who each admitted that their eldest brother Josh molested them as children.

In promotional videos for the new series Duggar’s sisters/victims claim they have forgiven their brother, while his wife Anna Duggar discusses her ongoing public humiliation.

Bottom line: With the Duggars returning to TLC, it is only a matter of time before Josh makes an appearance. Let’s hope they protect the children.

Another soldier for the Lord: Disgraced 19 Kids and Counting reality stars Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar say they plan on adopting another child in 2016.

If Jim Bob, 50, and Michelle, 48, are allowed to adopt, it would be the couple’s twentieth child.

InTouch Weekly and other sources are reporting the Duggars are in the process of adopting a child.

A source close to the family says:

They’ve been mulling it over for a long time, and they feel the time is right to get legal advice and get the process underway. They’re looking to adopt a child in the New Year.

The Duggars are part of a radical Christian lifestyle known as the Quiverfull movement, a movement where children are considered canon fodder in the Lord’s army: culture warriors bred to promote an ugly, intolerant, sexist, and homophobic brand of Christian extremism.

Last year TLC cancelled “19 Kids and Counting,” the obnoxious reality television show that celebrated the Duggar’s twisted conservative Christian values after it was revealed that Josh Duggar, the oldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, sexually assaulted four of his underage sisters plus an additional underage female victim.

Compounding and contributing to the crime, a “conspiracy to “forgive and forget” forged by the Duggar parents and church leaders allowed Josh Duggar to escape criminal prosecution for sexually assaulting his underage victims.

Yet ultimately, all of the Duggar kids are victims: victims of Christian patriarchy, victims of Christian homeschooling, victims of Christian parents who raise their children to be ideological props in their perverted and deluded fantasy of Christian dominion.

As a product of the Quiverfull movement, the Duggar children are raised to be cannon fodder in a Christian Holy War. As such, one must question the wisdom of allowing the Duggars to adopt and indoctrinate yet another child.

Despite evidence to the contrary, GOP presidential candidate Mike Huckabee claims he never supported Josh Duggar.

During a recent interview with Iowa radio host Simon Conway, Huckabee was asked how he could continue to stand by Josh Duggar after it was revealed Duggar had sexually molested his younger sisters and a young neighbor while he was still a teenager.

Yet despite public posts Huckabee made in support of the disgraced former reality TV star and former conservative Christian darling, the Republican presidential candidate claimed that he never defended or supported the oldest son in the 19 Kids and Counting family. Huckabee said:

I really didn’t support Josh. I supported his parents, if you’ll go back and look at what I said. There’s no support for what he did…I think in subsequent months, as more things came out, what he did was despicable, it was dishonest. He did some things that totally defy everything he supposedly stood for. But he certainly defied what his parents not only have stood for, but continue to. So my support was for his sisters, who were the real victims, I felt like they were being exploited by the media. The media didn’t care what was happening to them and the emotional trauma they were going through.

I’ve never defended Josh and I don’t defend him now because there’s nothing to defend. What he did was absolutely hideously wrong and despicable.

However, in a May 22 Facebook post, Huckabee in fact offered his support for Josh Duggar and his family after Duggar admitted to his history of child molestation and the sexual abuse he committed against his underage sisters. Huckabee wrote:

Janet and I want to affirm our support for the Duggar family. Josh’s actions when he was an underage teen are as he described them himself, ‘inexcusable,’ but that doesn’t mean ‘unforgivable.’ He and his family dealt with it and were honest and open about it with the victims and the authorities. No purpose whatsoever is served by those who are now trying to discredit Josh or his family by sensationalizing the story. Good people make mistakes and do regrettable and even disgusting things.

Huckabee continues:

The reason that the law protects disclosure of many actions on the part of a minor is that the society has traditionally understood something that today’s blood-thirsty media does not understand—that being a minor means that one’s judgement is not mature. No one needs to defend Josh’s actions as a teenager, but the fact that he confessed his sins to those he harmed, sought help, and has gone forward to live a responsible and circumspect life as an adult is testament to his family’s authenticity and humility.

Huckabee’s claim that he never defended or supported Josh Duggar is dishonest. The fact is, Huckabee released a public Facebook post minimizing Duggar’s abusive behavior. Huckabee defended the sexual assault of children as the result of the immature judgment of a minor while characterizing the heinous abuse as a childhood indiscretion.

Bottom line: Huckabee did offer his support to Duggar, and to say otherwise is simply dishonest.

Disgraced family values advocate Josh Duggar is being sued for sexual assault by adult film actress Danica Dillon.

People magazine reports Duggar, 27, is being sued by adult film actress and model Danica Dillon, who alleges that Duggar “assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries” while they were having consensual sex after he propositioned her in a Philadelphia strip club in March.

According to court documents Dillon (real name: Ashley Stamm-Northup) alleges that Josh twice committed battery against her when they had sex in March and April of this year.

The adult film actress and mother of two is asking for $500,000 for “physical and emotional injuries.” Dillon says she has suffered emotionally and physically since the alleged incident and is being treated by a psychiatrist for severe anxiety.

Court documents state:

Plaintiff felt as if she were being raped by the defendant.

Earlier this year reports surfaced indicating that Duggar had paid for sex with the adult entertainer. At the time Dillon reported the encounters were traumatizing, and that Duggar was violent with her and refused to use protection.

Dillon, speaking with In Touch magazine, describes first meeting Duggar at the Gold Club in Philadelphia, where she was performing:

He walked into the Gold Club like a normal patron and said he’d been a fan for a long time and has watched my career grow — he even said from before my boob job until recently — and that he loved watching my very first scene on [an adult website]. Then it got creepy.

Dillon reports that after watching her show and “eyeballing” her, Duggar bought $600 in private dances before offering her an additional $1500 for sex. Dillon described the encounter as rough:

He was manhandling me, basically tossing me around like I was a rag doll. It was very traumatic. I’ve had rough sex before, but this was terrifying.

Dillon said she had sex with Duggar a second time in April, when she was performing at Creekside Cabaret in Colmar, Pennsylvania. Again, Duggar paid “thousands of dollars” for the opportunity to have rough sex with the porn star.

Both paid sexual encounters occurred while Duggar’s wife Anna was pregnant with their fourth child.

TLC cancelled “19 Kids and Counting,” after it was revealed that Josh Duggar, the oldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, sexually assaulted four of his underage sisters plus an additional underage female victim.

After those initial reports appeared detailing the former reality star’s sexual liaison with the adult actress, Duggar released a statement declaring “I have been the biggest hypocrite ever” and admitting to living a “double life” while confirming his involvement with Ashley Madison, the infamous website for individuals interested in arranging extramarital affairs.

People reports Duggar remains in faith-based rehab at Reformers Unanimous in Rockford, Illinois, where he checked in last August after confessing to cheating on his wife Anna, using the website Ashley Madison, and being addicted to porn.

Justice: In the latest Duggar scandal the homeschool program connected with the Duggar family is being sued for sexually abusing minors.

The Institute in Basic Life Principles (IBLP), a leader in the Christian homeschooling movement with well-documented ties to the Duggar family, is being sued for “sexual abuse, sexual harassment and inappropriate/unauthorized touching.”

The Washington Post reports that five plaintiffs — Gretchen Wilkinson, Charis Barker, Rachel Frost, Rachel Lees and a Jane Doe — claim the organization and its board of directors enabled and covered up sexual abuse and harassment of interns, employees, and other participants in its programs.

Each of the plaintiffs are seeking $50,000 in damages, alleging that the organization and its board acted negligently, with willful and wanton disregard for them, and engaged in a civil conspiracy to conceal the wrongdoing.

The lawsuit, which was filed this past Tuesday in DuPage County Circuit Court in Illinois, alleges that IBLP:

Failed to adequately train and/or supervise their staff, including management/supervisory staff and/or have appropriate policies and procedures in place to prevent and/or deter sexual abuse, harassment, or inappropriate/unauthorized touching of young female interns, employees, and participants in IBLP programs;

Despite defendant IBLP’s prior knowledge of allegations of sexual abuse and sexual harassment being committed against its participants, interns, and employees, many of whom were under eighteen years of age at the times of the sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and inappropriate/unauthorized touching, IBLP failed to report these allegations to law enforcement authorities… and said wrongful conduct was allowed to continue;

Despite decades of on-going sexual abuse, sexual harassment and inappropriate/unauthorized touching and credible reports thereof, Defendant IBLP failed to conduct a reasonable investigation into the allegations, and said wrongful conduct was allowed to continue;

When an investigation was finally conducted, IBLP conducted a sham investigation regarding the allegations of sexual abuse and harassment;

IBLP concealed allegations of sexual abuse and sexual harassment from scrutiny by law enforcement agencies and the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services;

IBLP conducted an unreasonable investigation into the allegations of sexual abuse and harassment; and

IBLP was otherwise careless or negligent supervision of its staff, directors, agents, and employees during the relevant times herein.

IBLP is behind the Advanced Training Institute (ATI) coursework used by Christian homeschoolers across the country and around the world. The curriculum was featured in several episodes of TLC’s “19 Kids and Counting” with the Duggar children being filmed at the kitchen table studying ATI workbooks for the family’s reality show on TLC.

Inquisitr reports the TLC series often featured the Duggar family at ATI conventions and televised sons John David and Josiah attending training at the organization’s ALERT academy. Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar have often been keynote speakers at ATI events and other IBLP programs.

Disgraced Duggar family matriarch Michelle Duggar has some awful advice for newlywed women: Be “joyfully available” to your husband’s sexual needs at all times, whether you feel like it or not.

Michelle Duggar, 49, took to the family blog last week to share three pieces of marriage advice, and her first suggestion was all about catering to what she calls a man’s “special need.”

Duggar, recounting advice she received as a newlywed, writes:

… I know you’re so excited. You’re a bride-to-be, but … You’ve got to remember this … you are the only one who can meet that special need that he has in his life for intimacy. You’re it. You’re the only one. So don’t forget that, that he needs you. So when you are exhausted at the end of the day, maybe from dealing with little ones, and you fall into bed so exhausted at night, don’t forget about him because you and he are the only ones who can have that time together. No one else in the world can meet that need.

And so be available, and not just available, but be joyfully available for him. Smile and be willing to say, ‘Yes, sweetie I am here for you,’ no matter what, even though you may be exhausted and big pregnant and you may not feel like he feels.

Duggar’s advice sounds like sexual slavery. Apparently for Duggar a marriage is not about mutual respect, and not about real love. Instead, according to Duggar, marriage for a woman is reduced to a joyless and dutiful sexual submission in a vain and deleterious effort to please Jesus.

Duggar has become a tragic figure of late. TLC cancelled “19 Kids and Counting” last July after it was revealed that Josh Duggar, the oldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, sexually assaulted four of his underage sisters plus an additional underage female victim.

Compounding and contributing to the crime, a “conspiracy to “forgive and forget” forged by the Duggar parents and church leaders allowed Josh Duggar to escape criminal prosecution for sexually assaulting his underage victims.

The disgraced Josh Duggar now admits to what police reports confirm: the oldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar forcibly fondled and sexually assaulted at least five underage girls, including four of his sisters, on multiple occasions, over the span of several years, while he was a teenager.

Earlier this year, while speaking with Megyn Kelly on Fox News, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar denied their son Josh was a pedophile and blamed the media for targeting the family in an anti-Christian conspiracy.

Bottom line: Michelle Duggar’s advice to newlywed women is horrible advice for anyone interested in living a healthy and sexually fulfilling life. In addition, the twisted and sadistic advice also reveals something very sad and tragic about Michelle Duggar’s life under Christian patriarchy.

TLC is bringing the Duggars back to reality television. According to multiple media reports, TLC has announced plans to create several new specials featuring the controversial evangelical family from Arkansas.

Only months after scandal forced TLC to cancel the long-running reality hit “19 Kids and Counting,” the network is resuming its on-air relationship with the family of Christian extremists  by starring daughters Jill and Jessa in two or more specials.

Associated Press reports production begins soon on the programs, announced Thursday, with an anticipated airdate by year-end for at least the first of them.

The specials will focus on Duggar daughters, Jessa (Duggar) Seewald and Jill (Duggar) Dillard. Both admitted during a Fox News interview that their older brother, Josh Duggar, had molested them as children.

Josh Duggar subsequently resigned from his post with the conservative Family Research Council and later admitted to cheating on his wife after being caught up in the aftermath of the Ashley Madison hack.

The Duggar Family Official Facebook page celebrate the announcement with the following statement:

We appreciate all the prayers for our family. God has drawn us closer to Him and to each other this summer. We are grateful that the new TLC specials set to air this fall will be sharing special moments with Jill, Derick and Israel on the foreign mission field and following Ben and Jessa as they prepare for the arrival of their first baby!

About the new programs, TLC Executive Vice President and General Manager Nancy Daniels told The Associated Press:

What we will be following in these specials is Jessa preparing for her first child, and we’ll be watching Jill preparing to make a major move to Central America with her family, which we know is something our audience will be interested in.

We know that our audience is really excited about what’s been going on with Jill and Jessa as they move into young adulthood. And now they’re both at the precipice of big changes. With what was happening in their lives in the next few months, it felt like now is the time (for the specials), and we got going pretty quickly.

There’s no doubt it’s been a tough few months on the family, and we’ve obviously been in close contact with them as they’ve been going through it.

TLC cancelled “19 Kids and Counting” after it was revealed that Josh Duggar, the oldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, sexually assaulted four of his underage sisters plus an additional underage female victim.

Compounding and contributing to the crime, a “conspiracy to “forgive and forget” forged by the Duggar parents and church leaders allowed Josh Duggar to escape criminal prosecution for sexually assaulting his underage victims.

Earlier this year, while speaking with Megyn Kelly on Fox News, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar denied their son Josh was a pedophile and blamed the media for targeting the family in an anti-Christian conspiracy.

Last month reports circulated that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar were pitching a new reality show where they would counsel young victims of sexual abuse.

Bottom line: For TLC, Duggars mean money and ratings. Business is business.
