The Good Health Sigil (Immunity Booster 2.0)

The Good Health Sigil (Immunity Booster 2.0) September 12, 2023

Good health is such a vital part of living well – mind, body, and soul. Bringing a little magic into your daily practice to boost that with the help of a sigil can be empowering.

Back in March 2020, I created the Immunity Booster Sigil (for Promoting Good Health) and it’s been widely used since then all over. There are folks who daily apply this sigil to their skin – either by drawing it on with a marker, make-up, or anointing oil. I’ve had the honor of walking into multiple shops to see the sigil on their door or featured prominently on their altar or counter. Even more photos and videos of the sigil being used have found their way via tagging and emails. I’ve seen it on candles, made into jewelry, embroidered, and even baked onto cookies. Many people have credited working with the sigil has helped keep them healthy and focused.

An Update on a Good Idea

On September 9th,  I had the pleasure of teaching my Sigil Witchery workshop both virtually and with a small group in person at Pentagram in Salem, MA. A big part of the workshop is collectively crafting a sigil together. This exercise really helps folks understand the process. A good majority of those sigils show up right here on this blog. (Just search #sigil and you’ll find them!)

We decided to create a sigil to help boost a new wave of good health, piggybacking somewhat on the Immunity Booster Sigil. Especially since the number of COVID-19 cases are on the rise and many are still battling with long COVID.

Built Into This Sigil:

– protection
– healthy body
– healthy mind
– focus on overall well-being
– balance
– prevention
– strength
– good habits

A plus sign with overlapping figure eights are contained within a circle. At the top and bottom of the circle, a five pointed star is placed (one pointing up, the other down.). The design is flanked by two black dots on the left and right, with one larger dot in the center of the design.

Design Notes

If you study the photo of the workshop whiteboard, you’ll see there’s a slight difference between that sigil and the one posted just above. When I went to draw the sigil out to scan it in, I felt like a second figure 8 helped add a sense of motion (like a fan.) I have it slightly faded out here so you can choose to draw it with or without the second vertical figure 8. Or choose to put that in a healing color (blue or green).

How To Use This Sigil

This is a shared magic sigil. You are welcome to use this sigil however you see fit that is in alignment with the intent of the sigil.  You can use it in addition to the earlier sigil, in combination, or on its own.

Here are some ideas for use:
– post in public places where transmission of contagious diseases can increase – meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens – and places where promoting excellent sanitary habits benefits everyone
– washing the body (carve on soap)
– anointing the body ( in combination with oils that promote awareness and good health)
– applying to health-boosting tincture containers, water bottles, and other personal cups
– place on candles to help focus energy on those who especially need additional protection.
