Citing ‘Selfish Americans’ Arnold Schwarzenegger Moves Back To Austria

Citing ‘Selfish Americans’ Arnold Schwarzenegger Moves Back To Austria August 14, 2021

Vienna, Austria – Former governor of California and international movie sensation, Arnold Schwarzenegger officially moved back to the country of his birth, Austria. The 74-year-old bodybuilder who starred in such classic flicks like Terminator, Total Recall, and True Lies bought the posh Palais Kinsky in central Vienna. As to why the powerhouse left the USA, the reason is clear: Arnold Schwarzenneger is sick of “selfish and angry Americans” who refuse to do the right thing and wear a facemask and get the vaccine.

Schwarzenneger’s Rant

Schwarzenegger went on CNN recently to explain his thoughts and feelings on the current state of the coronavirus pandemic. He set the internet on fire by saying “You have the freedom to wear no mask — but you know something? You’re a schmuck for not wearing a mask. Because you are supposed to protect your fellow Americans around you.”

A dumbfounded Schwarzennger then wrote an essay in The Atlantic concerning the responses to his statements.

Schwarzenegger goes on to write, though, that some responses he received to his rant “really worried me,” as “many people told me that the Constitution gives them rights, but not responsibilities,” and they apparently “feel no duty to protect their fellow citizens.”

After that, friends and family say he decided to leave the country for good.

Professor Andrew Canard teaches history at Miskatonic University. His books include The Rise, Fall, and Rebirth of Nationalism, and Who Actually One World War Two?: A Look At The GOP. He believes the recent course of events is yet another sign of Trumpism pushing out dissident voices within the Republican Party. “When radicals take control of a party their first job is to purge unbelievers,” he said. “Arnold won’t be the only traditional Republican to flee the USA.”

In related news, Senator Rand Paul’s medical license was revoked.
