Since November of 2012 I have been providing Catholic book reviews, author interviews and a weekly book giveaway. I consider the launch of The Catholic Book Blogger that year as Phase 1. Phase 2 occured in November of last year when I moved from self-hosting to the Patheos Catholic portal. Now I wish to enter Phase 3. This phase will be an expansion and improvement of what I offer. I hope to secure the funding to upgrade to the equipment necessary for podcasting and audio/video interviews with Catholic authors. Your support will help me do that and I will consider it a sign that this is a service you wish to have.

I appreciate Pete’s work from two perspectives. First, as a reader, I love getting Pete’s reviews and the amazing interviews he conducts. If you’re ever in search of a faith-filled book recommendation, Pete is always coming up with something new! But my other perspective on this comes as an author–a Catholic author–who knows the stress and strain of spreading the word about your book. Pete has done a great service for so many of us and our publishing houses. His fund drive will give him the capacity to use new technology to share great book news in new and exciting ways.
