Risen had a decent first weekend at the North American box office, so now the studio is doing what it can to encourage good word of mouth — not only to help keep the movie in local theatres for a while, but to help it roll out overseas as well.
To that end, we have a few new TV spots, starting with this one posted by the studio’s Canadian YouTube channel (the film is already playing in Canadian theatres):
Sony Pictures’ Singapore branch has also posted a couple of 30-second TV spots, in anticipation of the film’s release in that part of the world on March 17:

Finally, last week Affirm Films sent out an e-mail linking to this video of God’s Not Dead author Dr. Rice Broocks endorsing Risen:
The film’s publicists have posted many other endorsements as well over the last few days, in non-video form, via the film’s Facebook and Twitter accounts.
February 23 update: The Singapore branch has now also posted this 15-second spot, which is a slightly revised version of the earlier ‘Triumph Review’ spots:
