It’s very difficult to be in this situation, because both sides have heartfelt beliefs and feel that they can’t compromise. The party in a formerly all-Protestant marriage who feels led to Catholicism can always attend Mass on Saturdays and continue to worship with the Protestant spouse at his or her service.
