Back on U.S. soil, Timothy Cardinal Dolan gets off to a running start—penning a letter to his brother bishops on the HHS Mandate and the subsequent Obama “accommodation.” The new letter—which is dated February 22, 2012, and co-signed by USCCB President Timothy Cardinal Dolan and Bishop William E.
